Will you ship products to my house or business?
Yes! We have experience shipping in the United States. 

What are your sausages made from?
Our sausages are made from the finest quality meats and spices.

Each batch is handcrafted and made special for your order. 

How long will your sausage last?
Our sausage will last up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator. You can also put your custom order in the freezer for 
up to 2 months.

Can you ship eggs to my house?
At this time we do not ship eggs, but we do have egg orders available for local pick up. 

Does my deer need to be field dressed
 prior to be ing dropped off?
Yes, all deer must be field dressed prior to processing.

 

Do you accept deer that have tested positive for CWD? 

Yes, we will accept deer that is CWD positive. 

Will you accept deer in a cooler?
We will not take deer in a cooler. Our walk in cooler is designed to hang deer for maximum space needs. 


Can I bring my deer from out of state?
Yes we can accept deer from any state. However, the deer meat must be deboned.

What is your “deer swap guarantee?”
Our “deer swap guarantee” is that we will not swap any meat. All regular cuts and  specialty items are made with your deer. 

This ensures quality for all our custom processing orders. 

What are your hours of operation? 
From October to February (Tennessee Deer Hunting Season) we are open Monday through Saturday from 9-6 and Sunday 9-5 for pick ups.  During the other months, we are by appointment only. 

How can I schedule my livestock custom butchery needs?
To schedule all livestock butchery needs, please call or text 901-870-2819. 

How long will
 my beef hang?
All beef will hang 8-10 days unless otherwise requested.

Can I pick up products if I am local?
We love for people to come by and pick up at the farm! We consider our customers top priority, and love to show off our hard work.  It gives us a chance to explain the sausages, services and products. Just call or text to schedule a time to stop by the shop.
